1. What we mean by cookies and trackers
This policy covers cookies, local storage, similar identifiers and other technologies that store or access information on a user's device.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Welbeo may use storage that is necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user, including authentication/session continuity, security, load or transaction continuity, and interface choices such as language where those choices are intrinsic to the requested service.
Blocking necessary storage in the browser may prevent sign-in, dashboards or other requested functionality from working correctly.
3. Analytics and non-essential trackers
Welbeo does not intend to place advertising, cross-site tracking or other non-essential trackers before obtaining the consent required by applicable law. If product analytics use a tracker that qualifies for a consent exemption under applicable CNIL rules, it must be configured within the conditions of that exemption; otherwise it must remain disabled until consent is obtained.
4. Third-party features
A feature that takes you to or embeds functionality from another provider, such as a payment, map, calendar or messaging service, may involve provider-controlled storage. Welbeo minimizes such loading before it is needed. The provider's own policy applies to storage that it controls on its service.
5. Your choices
Where consent is required, you must be able to accept or refuse before the relevant tracker is activated and withdraw your choice later with comparable ease. Essential storage cannot always be disabled through a consent control because it is required to deliver the requested service, though browser settings may still block it and affect functionality.
6. Current storage inventory
- Authentication/session storage used by Supabase to keep signed-in sessions working.
- Interface preferences such as language or local UI state where used by the product.
- Security and transaction state required for OAuth, booking or payment-related flows.
This inventory must be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, embedded media or another third-party client-side integration is introduced.
