Welbeo provides marketplace, profile, communication and booking software. Practitioners remain responsible for their services, professional qualifications, availability, pricing, payment terms and client relationship. Welbeo does not provide healthcare or guarantee a particular outcome.
Accounts and information
Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and use the service lawfully. Practitioners must have the right to publish their profile content, images, qualifications and service descriptions.
Reservations and payments
The practitioner’s displayed cancellation, rescheduling and payment conditions apply to a reservation. Where online payments are enabled, payment processing is provided by the identified third-party provider. Otherwise, payment is arranged directly with the practitioner.
